Cultivate: Education & Leadership Development
Relationships are at the heart of all Cherokee Gives Back activities. We strongly believe that cultivating connections between people can lead to life-changing growth. Our programs reflect the following two principles that together form a pipeline to mature leadership:
1. People tend to aspire to steps of maturity by observing their peers ahead of them.
2. Great leaders provide an environment to encourage this peer observation and give people the support and tools they need to take steps toward maturity and increased leadership abilities.
Our initiatives thus strive to use this pipeline to mold and inspire leaders dedicated to making a difference for the poor and the environment around the globe.
